We deliver our products within the EU, potentially we extend to other regions next year. The expected delivery times depend on the carrier that we use for transportation; we will give notice on the delivery times and fees associated with delivery in your order and our invoice that you receive after your purchase. Our products will be delivered in boxes suitable for glass bottles to ensure safe delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will assess the situation, based on pictures of the product provided, and, if eligible, offer you a refund ticket for a replacement order.
