Vineyard
Perseveranza’s vineyards are idyllic tucked away in the picturesque hilly landscape near the authentic Roman village Petritoli, Marche Italy. Enclosed by the Sibillini Mountains in the west and the Adriatic Sea in the east, it provides a perfectly balanced natural developed climate for cultivation of grapes and olives with a magnificent strong aroma and taste.
Taste
A straw-yellow treat with a delicate floral and pear fruity scent and taste, like a flower meadow with pear trees in bloom.
There’s something about the nice acidity and fleshy stone fruit of the Pecorino. A wine with a punch, this good-humoured blend of hand-picked Pecorino, Passerina, Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Temp to drink
10-13C
This Pecorino is an absolutely perfect wine to drink together with all kinds of cheeses, try the Pecorino cheese! But pairs also magnificent with fish, shellfish, chicken, pork and veal dishes with medium acidity sauces such as tomatoes.
