Vineyard
Perseveranza’s vineyards are idyllic tucked away in the picturesque hilly landscape near the authentic Roman village Petritoli, Marche Italy. Enclosed by the Sibillini Mountains in the west and the Adriatic Sea in the east, it provides a perfectly balanced natural developed climate for cultivation of grapes and olives with a magnificent strong aroma and taste.
Taste
A deep inky carmen blast, this rich ripe black fruit, chocolate, licorice perfumed stiff tannin elixir of hand-picked 80% Montepulciano and 20% Sangiovese grapes. These grapes provides a fruity lift of plum, cassis & cherry flavours. Decanting this oak barrel matured wine enrich aroma’s like green pepper, oregano, leather, coffee, mineral & vegetal, toped by a cent of vanilla.

16-19 C
This wine is perfect to drink with grilled and roasted spiced meat, pasta bolognese, mac & cheese, chilli buttered saignant entrecôte, artichoke, wine soaked kidneys, aged cheeses and Shepard’s pie. The aftertaste makes herbs like oregano, thyme, rosemary, sage & coriander, orchestrated in the dishes, play a euphoric symphony.
