Vineyard
Perseveranza’s vineyards are idyllic tucked away in the picturesque hilly landscape near the authentic Roman village Petritoli, Marche Italy. Enclosed by the Sibillini Mountains in the west and the Adriatic Sea in the east, it provides a perfectly balanced natural developed climate for cultivation of grapes and olives with a magnificent strong aroma and taste.
Taste
This wine, made from Trebbiano grapes, is crisp, acidic, light-bodied with subtle hints of lemon and stone minerality, greenish apple and citrus fruit aromas and flavors with nutty almond notes, which balance out the fruitiness of this wine.
Temp to drink
10-13 C
This complex and textured Trebbiano pairs with almost anything. Think creamy carbonara pasta, chicken or pork, strong cheeses, and even delicate seafood like scallops or sea bass.
