This mild-bodied, beautifully & subtly layered and very taste & flavourful Rosso Piceno wine, made from 100% hand-picked Sangiovese grapes, vividly remind me of how my ingenious designs are created and constructed!
Vinyard
Perseveranza’s vineyards are idyllic tucked away in the picturesque hilly landscape near the authentic Roman village Petritoli, Marche Italy.
Enclosed by the Sibillini Mountains in the west and the Adriatic Sea in the east, it provides a perfectly balanced natural developed climate for cultivation of grapes and olives with a magnificent strong aroma and taste.
Taste
Sangiovese is thé ‘Da Vinci’ of Italianwines. A light purple treat with apredominant taste of cherry and plum,richly flavoured with tones of roastedtomato, orange zest, chocolate, oregano
and thyme. When aged, tones of leather,spice and tobacco will repress its vibrantacidity. This curiously balanced earthy, rustic and savoury wine made out ofhand-picked Sangiovese grapes, screamItaly!
Food
This Sangiovese is an absolutely perfect wine to drink with any Italian food, like pizza and pasta, tomato-based sauces, lamb, veal, meaty stews with fresh strong herbs. But to drink a glass with a creamy mushroom risotto, is a magnificent match made in heaven!
